Limited Warranty
DiamoTech warrants all diamond cutting tools against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Segment loss due to faulty brazing.
- Cracking or warping of the core steel body under normal use.
What is not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use (e.g., using the wrong tool for the job, incorrect application, exceeding recommended RPMs).
- Damage caused by accidents, alterations, or modifications.
- Tools that have reached the end of their usable life due to normal wear.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Locate your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Contact us by email at info@diamotech.co.uk within the warranty period.
- Describe the problem you are experiencing with the tool and include clear photos of the damage.
- Our customer service team will review your claim and may request to see the tool for further inspection.
Warranty Replacement
If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the defective tool with a new one of the same or similar model. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement tool to you.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by DiamoTech. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective tool. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
